This website is operated by Neon Vibez. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Neon Vibez. Neon Vibez offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing/renting something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Shipping Time Frames, and Terms

When providing an address for your item to be delivered, please ensure that this is the physical address that you hold yourself accountable for the item delivered. If you provide us with an address where you do not physically reside, Neon Vibez will take no responsibility for non-delivery or any liability to the product after delivery. 

All rented items must be returned using the prepaid envelope that will arrive with the garment. If the prepaid bag is misplaced, you must purchase a new bag with the tracked overnight courier and send this information to us immediately. Please contact us via email at neonvibezrentals@gmail.com to ensure your message is received if you need our address. 

When booking with us, you acknowledge that there may be potential postal delays with your order. Neon Vibez uses a third-party postal service and therefore takes no responsibility for any items that are not delivered or are delivered late and do not offer refunds for any late delivery.

Rental Period

Neon Vibez garment rental period is based on the dates agreed between you and Neon Vibez. This rental period is decided when booking your garment and from you choosing exactly what dates you want to rent the garments. We aim to have your rental garment to you at least 3-5 business days before your event; however, this is sometimes earlier or later, depending on the courier and location. 

The garment/s rented from Neon Vibez are of single-use and must be worn only by you, the renter. Neon Vibez will remain the owner of the garment throughout your rental period and remain the owner of the garment even if the garment becomes lost, damaged or damaged beyond repair. 

You, the renter must return the garment 2 business days after your event unless otherwise agreed upon with Neon Vibez. You shall not hold the garment any longer than that of the expiry period. Late fees apply, see the section labeled “Late Fees” for more information.

Return Processing

The rental period starts when the garments are shipped from Neon Vibez. The rental period ends when the garment you have rented has been returned within acceptable conditions. If the event end date is a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the return date is the following Tuesday. Unless agreed upon a later return date with Neon Vibez at the time of booking the rental. If your event falls on a public holiday, add 1 business day to the expected return date. 

If Neon Vibez rental products are held beyond the agreed rental period, they remain in your possession without our consent, we will charge you $45 the first day.

Conditions of Use

You (the renter) agree to treat the Products with great care. You (the renter) are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the products for any reason, including due to theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains, or any other cause. “Normal wear and tear” means minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers, or other minor damage. 

If you return a product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the price for repairing or replacing the product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Original Retail or Comparable Value price for the Product. 

Once the garment has been delivered to you, you become responsible for the garment. Neon Vibez will not be held accountable for non-delivery or hold any responsibility for packages left unattended. Once an item is delivered, it is out of our control. 

You may not alter or modify the garment in any way, including hemming alteration, size alteration, or ironing.

Payment Terms and Special Fees

The rental fee charged for the garment will be listed on the Neon Vibez website and charged in US dollars or stated in any email, or private message and charged in US dollars. The rental payment will be made in full and you authorize us to charge your credit/debit card immediately when submitting your order.

Damage Fee

  • If the garment is returned with fake tan, make up or beauty product stains or is returned extremely dirty, an extra dry-cleaning charge will apply 

  • This is of sole discretion of Neon Vibez when a garment is returned in a non-satisfactory state, and we are the determiners of this condition. We will contact you immediately of such damages and will notify you of the transaction. 

  • You will be liable for all cleaning or damage costs if an item is returned to us in unacceptable condition. If an item is damaged beyond repair, Neon Vibez reserves the right to charge you 150% of the item's retail value. You accept all costs associated with any damages. 

  • If an item has been damaged and needs repairs and alteration turnaround time impacts the arrival of the garment to the next renter, you will be charged the refund fee of that item. This ensures we do not miss out due to alteration costs and garment negligence. We will charge all recurring costs relative due to these inconveniences.

Late Fee

If the garment is not dropped off at the courier on your agreed upon drop off date Neon Vibez reserves the right to charge you a $45 late fee. If the rental garment has not been returned to the courier within three working days after the originally agreed upon drop off date, you will be charged an additional $100 fee. If the garment is not returned within two weeks of the originally agreed upon drop off date, Neon Vibez reserves the right to charge you 150% of the retail price of the garment. 

If the late return of your garment impacts the delivery and arrival of the garment for the next renter of that item, you will be charged the refund fee (whatever the cost of the rental is). We will charge all recurring costs relative to these inconveniences.

Late Return Fee Example

  • $45 fee for not putting item into return shipping merchant

  • 3-day period at $45 fee

  • 3-day period at $100 fee

  • Then it is a “Totaled Item”

    • Example:

    • Item due to be put into the mail on Tuesday

    • Wednesday at 00:01, the renter is charged $45

    • If Neon Vibez does not receive a tracking number from the merchant by Friday at 23:59

    • Saturday at 00:01, they are charged an additional $100

    • *Sundays and Federal Holidays are omitted*

    • If we don’t receive a tracking number from the merchant by two weeks after the original agreed-upon return date at 23:59, they are charged 150% of the original retail price of that outfit

Product Descriptions

We may, in our sole discretion, provide listings, descriptions, or images of Products that are available on the Services, as well as references and links to products, but we do not warrant that the product listings, descriptions, or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that any products will be available, even if noted as so on our services. Such information and the availability of any product are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are for convenience only. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of products, including the applicable colors, however the actual colors you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer (including a smartphone or similar device) will accurately display such colors. The prices displayed for products and services are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Prices and availability for products on our reserve service are not confirmed until the applicable products are shipped; if the actual price of such a product is higher than our stated price, or if the product is no longer available, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The availability through the services of any listing, description, or image of a product does not imply our endorsement of such product or affiliation with the provider of such product.

Canceling Policies

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. OR if your order has been already shipped inside this 24 hour period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, OR if it has been taken away from our premises, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Our refund policy lasts 24 hours, since your order has been placed. If you let us know within this time frame, and your item has not already been sent off to you, or collected by you, you will be eligible for a full refund. Any time after this, you will be eligible for a STORE CREDIT VOUCHER for the amount you paid. The STORE CREDIT VOUCHER will last up to 12 months and you must use it up within this time frame. 

Please choose your size and style carefully as we do not compensate with store credit or refunds for improperly fitting garments.
