We have taken several steps to be environmentally friendly, including operating on a rental model which reduces textile waste by allowing customers to rent clothing for a specific period instead of buying new clothing that may only be worn once, using eco-friendly packaging such as biodegradable and recyclable materials for shipping, and encouraging responsible use of clothing by providing care instructions and promoting sustainable fashion practices such as rewearing and repairing items.

When you rent from Neon Vibez, you will not need to worry about cleaning as the cost is already included! We work directly with a professional team to properly clean our outfits!

If your event is canceled, no worries! We will refund you in the form of store credit - valid for one year!

We estimate to have your order delivered to you within in 3-5 business days before your event. However, Neon Vibez orders are shipped via USPS on business days which take 1-2 days to process and 2-8 days for shipping depending on the destination.

We want to ensure you receive your rental outfit in time for your event so please place your order as soon as possible! The cutoff time is 7 business days before your event.

Please place the returns in the included return package no later than two business days after your event and drop it off at a local USPS office to avoid late fees.

We print and include your return shipping label with your rental ahead of time to save you the expense of paying an additional shipping fee to return your order. If the label included is lost, the renter will be responsible to ship the item(s) back at their own expense.

To avoid late fees, please ensure your rental is sent back to us within two business days after your event.

We understand accidents do happen. Damaged item charges will be done on a case-by-case basis per the damages section of the terms and conditions.
